What others say...
We’re biased. Hear what some of our customers have said about the E series.
We’ve collated a few recent quotes below. We also have various video and paper case studies from different NHS Trusts, who talk about how our solutions, services and expertise have helped with their projects.
Feedback from staff has been absolutely brilliant for these locks. They find them so easy to use, it saves them time, they don’t have to worry about looking for keys any longer, and—ultimately—it’s had a big benefit for patient care because they’re no longer getting delayed looking for medications when they’re needed urgently."
We’ve had some bank staff that have worked here and they’ve said how brilliant it has been, just to come here for one shift and not have to use keys has been really amazing. We can also monitor who’s been in and out of the cupboards, so from a security point of view it’s been really good. No missing meds and everything’s gone really well. If anything, it’s the patients who have benefitted because they get their pain relief quicker and they’re not missing any doses. Everything has just gone really well!"
We agreed on having a six-month trial of the locks and we had them fitted in the cabinets back in 2019. We then approached 2020 and COVID hit, and the locks remained in situ for the whole two years of COVID. They worked phenomenally well—they didn’t give up; they didn’t break. They have proved to be fantastic and the cupboards are used pretty much constantly all through the day."
