The team at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust were one of the first NHS Trusts in the UK to fully adopt Orion battery management – which gives a remote 360 view of their entire workstation on wheels estate. Orion allows the IT team to track how their workstations are performing, triage battery issues, and use analytics to predict issues before they arise. In the past the IT team would have to walk from their office to locations throughout the hospital, locate the workstations and triage them.
