If you are enquiring within office hours we would recommend popping onto live chat as we can triage the issue on there or phone us directly. Outside of office hours email is best as we can pick that up, or if you leave a message on live chat we will pick it up at the earliest opportunity.

If you notice any damage to the mains cable or plug (i.e. breaks in the cable or bent pins in the plug) the device must be removed from service immediately. Then please raise a ticket or pop onto live chat and we will assist you.
