Large mobile workstation that remains lightweight

The WardRound is our height adjustable mobile cart with a large work surface. With no storage, it’s lightweight and easy to move. It can perfectly positioned at the end of a patient’s bed and used for electronic charting, often paired with a large screen. Or, some prefer dual screens depending on the application used.

Areas of use

The WardRound cart is ideal for providing access to electronic patient records in areas such as A&E, theatres, and for ward rounds.

Moving from paper charts to digital charts has brought about its own workflow challenges. We have created the electronic charting cart to transform clinical workflow. Clinicians can easily see A3 digital charts on a large screen workstation that can be positioned perfectly at the end of a patient’s bed. Height adjustment ensures comfort in standing or sitting positions.

We’ve predominately seen this charting cart be used in high dependency areas where there is the need for constant patient observation. Hospitals (such as the one below) have the carts positioned statically at the bed end, ready for observing/inputting live information. Teams have also found this cart and screen size useful when working collaboratively.
